Fish Rock Brewery was an independent micro brewery owned and operated by Mundrakoona Estate winemakers in Mittagong, NSW. They had two main beer labels Leather Jacket and Red Emperor.

All beers that they made were made by Czech Saaz hops, aromatic yeasts, artesian water and top quality yeasts.
